Continuous Delivery Engineer at Xebia
I am a passionate consultant with a strong focus on agile delivery. One of my main drivers is adding value. As a consultant I manage this by advising delivery organizations teams and implementing solutions that deliver more business value. Focus points are: creating business-it alignment, creating better understanding within teams of the business issues at hand, building solutions for these issues and making sure these solutions are of sufficient quality to solve the issue.
Apart from coaching, I'm also developing several small products together with a few colleagues. Through experiments & small iterations we're currently pushing this forward. Stay tuned for more information :)
