João Rosa is Principal Consultant at Xebia. As Interim CTO and strategic tech advisor, he advises and helps companies doing the leap towards a Product Engineering thinking.
At the same time, he genuinely believes that we need to adjust the management behaviour towards leadership practices, where we empower everyone to make decisions.
