When LetGo embarked on their DevOps transformation journey in 2020, they did not know what the end destination would be. But they knew for sure, that changing the way of working has become a necessity to successfully face the challenges of scaling up:

And, even with uncertainty in mind, the intention was clear: to organize the company, the organization, technology and leadership for success.
Ranga Natarajan (CPTO) and Pablo Garrido (SVP Strategy) will share how they navigate through undiscovered territory of transformation while bringing a future vision for the company to reality. Facing struggles, friction and of course, resistance, they are discovering their path as they walk. With every step they understand more, and it is clear to say that focusing on the human side of this transformation is crucial. This talk will be about emotions, vulnerability and communication. Pablo Garrido
Technology Leader with 20+ years experience in Infrastructure & Operations, DevOps Transformation, Operational Excellence and M&A integrations. Holistic thinker, trusted leader delivering solutions with strong focus on change and adaptability across technology groups.
Currently working as a Tech Strategy Leader at letgo driving and orchestrating the Way of Working (WoW) Transformation Journey within the Tech & Product Organization to deliver and execute Business Vision & Strategy.
