I have always been curious. Especially about the interplay between technical issues and social dynamics.
That curiosity, combined with my predilection for data and background in social sciences, drive me to make sense of all the social-technical complexity that I'm facing every day. If we understand how social dynamics and heuristics are affecting both our systems and systems of work, we can become the social-technical developers that the world (really) needs.
I also enjoy speaking at diverse conferences regularly, including O'Reilly Software Architecture Conference, Domain Driven Design Europe and NewCrafts Conference.
I have a passion for technology, I'm keen on improving processes and organizations, I aim to make things a bit better every day. I believe that one should improve in small steps by learning from past actions and candid feedback from the environment.
Growing and learning require teamwork and a safe environment to share concerns, ideas and feedback. I thrive in these environments and can help create and grow a safe environment for teams, management and where these two groups meet.
