Demystifying “Agile” towards a new way of leading transformations

How are we transforming our business anno 2022? When you radically have to change your model in order to answer market disruptions, becoming "Agile" is a conditie-sine-qua-non.

But still, there are a lot of misconceptions about agility: Isn't Agile limited to IT projects? How can we ensure, the whole organization embraces an Agile way of working? Let's look behind these questions and showcase how real business agility can be a very powerful accelerator for value delivery.

Barbara Arnst dives into how Telenet chose a "teams -first' approach, following the Team Topologies methodology, to ensure value stream alignment throughout different teams.

In her talk, she will share important learnings from her experience leading the transformation at Telenet. She will enrich and broaden these learnings with results of her budding PhD work.  She hopes to demystify (at least some) of the elements, and provide useful findings about the role of leadership in transformation initiatives.
