Working the DevOps way is about culture, team spirit and focus. How can you address these aspects as a leader in a DevOps transformation? What are the opportunities to develop your team and which obstacles could lure on the way? If these questions trigger you, then join this interactive session in which two subject matter experts will discuss your most urgent challenges. Upon registration, you can submit your latest leadership questions and challenges, and we will make sure that they are addressed in the discussion. ** #### Where Toronto Conference Center Toronto, CA ** #### When Monday to Friday (10:00 AM to 06:00 PM) 11-15 April, 2018 [![Register here](https://no-cache.hubspot.com/cta/default/697348/1ddecf72-797b-457d-aaab-c0dddbe74c0d.png)](https://cta-redirect.hubspot.com/cta/redirect/697348/1ddecf72-797b-457d-aaab-c0dddbe74c0d) ## Michiel Sens Michiel Sens has worked in the IT Industry for over 20 years, started off as Java Developer and currently works as a Principal DevOps Consultant / Solution Architect at Xebia in The Netherlands is co-writer of the book ‘Continuous Delivery for Managers’ and writer of the book "DevOps for Managers". And why do these artifacts – in most cases - not lead to the desired organizational results? – It’s because we tend to focus on the process or method itself instead of focusing on the true critical factor for organizational success: Behavior. Chris is a Consultant, with over 20 years of experience in behavioral change, he facilitates organizational change by focusing on changing behavior. Chris helps leaders to reach their goals by sustainably implementing a leadership style based on understanding and positively changing behavior. Chris committed to shaping the future landscape of leadership.        ## Our Speakers A complete update of Beats' most popular model, the Beats by Dr. Dre Solo2 headphones offer improved acoustics, a wider range of sound Connect me on: [**](https://www.facebook.com/Psd2Hubspot/) [**](https://www.linkedin.com/company/psdtohubspot) [**](https://twitter.com/Psd2Hubspot) [**](mailto:hello@psdtohubspot.in) [#### Alison Elworthy VP, Operations ](https://palmspire-3842749.hs-sites.com/vision-single-team-1) Connect me on: [**](https://www.facebook.com/Psd2Hubspot/) [**](https://www.linkedin.com/company/psdtohubspot) [**](https://twitter.com/Psd2Hubspot) [**](mailto:hello@psdtohubspot.in) [#### Alison Elworthy VP, Operations ](https://palmspire-3842749.hs-sites.com/vision-single-team-1) Connect me on: [**](https://www.facebook.com/Psd2Hubspot/) [**](https://www.linkedin.com/company/psdtohubspot) [**](https://twitter.com/Psd2Hubspot) [**](mailto:hello@psdtohubspot.in) [#### Alison Elworthy VP, Operations ](https://palmspire-3842749.hs-sites.com/vision-single-team-1) Connect me on: [**](https://www.facebook.com/Psd2Hubspot/) [**](https://www.linkedin.com/company/psdtohubspot) [**](https://twitter.com/Psd2Hubspot) [**](mailto:hello@psdtohubspot.in) [#### Alison Elworthy VP, Operations ](https://palmspire-3842749.hs-sites.com/vision-single-team-1) Connect me on: [**](https://www.facebook.com/Psd2Hubspot/) [**](https://www.linkedin.com/company/psdtohubspot) [**](https://twitter.com/Psd2Hubspot) [**](mailto:hello@psdtohubspot.in) [#### Alison Elworthy VP, Operations ](https://palmspire-3842749.hs-sites.com/vision-single-team-1) Connect me on: [**](https://www.facebook.com/Psd2Hubspot/) [**](https://www.linkedin.com/company/psdtohubspot) [**](https://twitter.com/Psd2Hubspot) [**](mailto:hello@psdtohubspot.in) [#### Alison Elworthy VP, Operations ](https://palmspire-3842749.hs-sites.com/vision-single-team-1) Connect me on: [**](https://www.facebook.com/Psd2Hubspot/) [**](https://www.linkedin.com/company/psdtohubspot) [**](https://twitter.com/Psd2Hubspot) [**](mailto:hello@psdtohubspot.in) [#### Alison Elworthy VP, Operations ](https://palmspire-3842749.hs-sites.com/vision-single-team-1) Connect me on: [**](https://www.facebook.com/Psd2Hubspot/) [**](https://www.linkedin.com/company/psdtohubspot) [**](https://twitter.com/Psd2Hubspot) [**](mailto:hello@psdtohubspot.in) [#### Alison Elworthy VP, Operations ](https://palmspire-3842749.hs-sites.com/vision-single-team-1) ## Event Schedule A complete update of Beats' most popular model, the Beats by Dr. Dre Solo2 headphones offer improved acoustics, a wider range of sound -
